SWAVISA, formed in Swaziland in December 2021 by survivors and families of victims of state violence, advocates for justice, accountability, and reparations. Led by those affected by the 2021 violence, the organization supports survivors dealing with physical and emotional scars while addressing urgent needs. Despite challenges like limited capacity and personal trauma within its leadership, SWAVISA has grown in credibility and is supported by local and international rights organizations
